How to use HemEase

1. Pick your mode

HemEase offers both dry-cleaning and tailoring, so when you turn on HemEase, you will pick whether you want to dry-clean, tailor or both.

2. Take Measurement (Tailor Mode)

If you have selected the tailoring mode, you need to take measurements for each clothes item, HemEase has a retractable tape measurer, and an AI 3D scanner for the pro model. You can use these tools to take your measurements for your perfect fit.

3. Insert your clothes

Take your clothes that you would like to get tailored or dry-cleaned, and put your clothes into the machine through the door underneath HemEase. Once you close the door, place HemEase on the ground and press the start button on top.

4. Enjoy your clothes

Once your clothes is done, you will get a notification on the HemEase app, and HemEase will have a chime.
